About Becca

Hi I’m Becca

 

A health and yoga coach for busy mama's! I am a certified personal trainer, precision nutrition certified coach and registered yoga teacher. I am also a mom of two adorable toddlers, so I can relate to the push/pull feeling of wanting to be with my children and guide them to their best selves but also needing time for myself in order to have my best to give. 

 

Specifically, I help women 35-50 reach and maintain their body composition and health goals while eating more diverse meals, without deprivation or hours of cardio! I help women feel more energized, find an enjoyable approach to eating, and feel badass in their clothes again all while creating a ripple effect for the people closest to them.

    Yoga surrounded by plants, what could be more relaxing this January?! Yoga is back at Cozyn's. Join Becca for a one hour vinyasa-style class, created for all yogi's, beginner and beyond. Classes will run on Sunday morning 10:30am-11:30am, beginning on January 5th and running for 7 weeks!

    Yoga at the Tom Patterson theatre is back! Running every Monday for 6 weeks, beginning January 6th 2025. The class is open to all yogi's, Becca will be leading a Level 1 flow type class in the beautiful Dinner Rooney workshop room.
